Jaj Padmakaran (Head of Operations)
Jaj heads operations with Syncline Films, he is also a director cum editor with 7 years of experience. He has directed and edited numerous TVC's, documentaries, corporate films and a feature film. He has to his credit edited the prestigious Telly award 2002 winning documentary "India in Transition" for Indira productions (USA), directed and edited corporate films for companies like Ikea and Amway India. Working with Wilderness Films, He has also edited the first ever Indo-Tibetan feature film "We're No Monks" for Clear Mirror Pictures (USA). On the technical front Jaj has worked with DUBAI TV to set up and manage the MCR for Dubai 2003 (IMF Word Bank conference). Rajarshi Sengupta (Cinematographer)
With a degree in arts and a mindset to experiment with the visual medium Raja successfully turned his passion into his profession. With dedicated 8 years of involvement in video production he is adept in both pre and the post. Camera being his prime area of expertise he has handled a wide range of video cameras. A pleasing personality helps him work in harmony with clients of various nationality and types of shooting conditions. He loves to work closely with the subject to churn out the content in a film. Whether Raja is free or on assignment, he is always on the lookout for the simplicity within the complexity of the natural world.
Darshan Singh (Sound Recordist)
 Darshan has over 8 years of experience as sound recordist specializing in field sound acquisition. He in the past has worked as sound recordist with major International and Indian productions like NBA Entertainment (USA), HBL Media (UK), Popular Pictures (Germany), British Council (India) to name a few. Has the technical know how and is Capable of handling the entire range of sound hardware. His area of expertise includes sound acquisition for ENG shoots, documentary films and corporate film shoots. He too has a feature film to his credit. Versatility and the ability to perform under trying conditions is what makes him the best choice to be part of any crew. Nishant Pagare (Production Head)
 Nishant heads production with Syncline. He is a production coordinator with vast experience an has handled production for a number of international projects including some with large 40-50 member crew. To name some of the assignments he has worked on, Nishant has handled production for "Mystery of the Tibetan Mummy" for Atlantic Productions, (UK), "Timeline: Arts in history" (India section) for Illuminations (UK). He has the capability to plan out an entire shoot from conducting research, Location scouting, location permissions, to arranging interviews with eminent personalities etc. Nishant is also a wildlife enthusiast with a keen interest in nature and environment. Arianga Donna Pamei (Production Manager)
Donna is a production manager with Syncline and has more than 5 years of experience in production management.Some major clients she has worked with include Rooftop Productions (UK), Right Angle Media (Singapore), Light Reading TV (UK), Telecom TV (UK), InfoKONTOR (Germany), IEEE, World Resources Institute (WRI), Suman Digital Productions Ltd., (Canada). Competent with production, budget, logistics and scheduling requirements for productions ranging from Corporate Communications to international-standard TV programming. Loves to read and does photography in her spare time.
Ashutosh Guru (Motion Graphics Designer)
Ashutosh is a 3D cum motion graphics designer with Syncline. Though Syncline is his first job out of animation school, he has in a short period worked on a series of marine training videos designing virtual sets, handled graphics for corporate films for institutions and corporates like MDI and GSK, designed and animated a 3D model of the arabian trading vessel "the Uru" for a documentary "last of the boatyards". His first love being the 3rd dimension, enjoys rigging and animation. A happy- go-lucky kind of person who likes to follow the live and let live policy. Loves to travel and enjoys spending time with his friends.
